Aubrey Daam (“D-ah-m”) has worked in various settings since 2007, ranging from inpatient, home-based, groups, and outpatient therapy. She enjoys collaborating with each person, child, and family to create a plan that cultivates healing and desired changes. Aubrey tailors her approach with each individual based on this plan and frequently uses principles from Existential Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and various trauma-informed methods.

Aubrey utilizes age-appropriate play therapy, creative arts, sand tray stories, and activities-based therapy with children and adolescents.

While working with couples and families, she uses a Strengths-based and Emotionally Focused approach.

Aubrey also has a desire to help parents in their transition to parenthood, working with parents who are experiencing perinatal or postpartum depression and anxiety.
