Caroline Dean-Smith, MA, Pre-Licensed Therapist

Caroline Dean-Smith received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University as well as her Master’s degree in Child and Family Therapy from the Arcadia University Graduate Program in Counseling.

Caroline is a pre-licensed therapist under the supervision of Lindsay MacGeorge, LPC, RPT-S.

After graduating from Penn State, Caroline served as an adolescent caseworker for a youth foster care program addressing a vast array of needs and concerns including addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma and family therapy. Her devotion to those under her care has aided and strengthened numerous children and adolescents in times of need and helped to both reunite families and strengthen their bonds.

Caroline is dedicated to providing insightful and compassionate care and guidance to clients of all ages, from young children to adolescents to adults. Her approach is judgement free and client-centered. Caroline utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients develop self- awareness, confidence, and manageable coping mechanisms. She believes fostering strong therapeutic relationships with her clients is critical to maximizing the benefits of counseling.
