Linda Robins is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Behavior Specialist providing individual and group consultation to children, teens and adults.  Linda has experience helping people work on a variety of issues including but not limited to:  anxiety, OCD, disordered eating, depression, parenting and navigating life transitions including grief and loss.   Using a combination of cognitive behavioral, client centered and mindfulness therapies in her work with clients, her goal is to help people realize their best selves.  Linda is trauma informed, humanistic and holistic in her counseling approach.

SPACE: Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions

Linda is Trained in SPACE, which is a research-based intervention that focuses on helping parents identify accommodations that may be reinforcing their child’s anxiety. With this knowledge and understanding, parents are then able to support their child and as a result, observe reductions in the anxiety levels of their child.
