“Never be ashamed of a scar; it just means that you were stronger than whatever tried to hurt you.”

Seeking Therapy is a form of Self-Care.  It is not a sign of weakness.  It is a badge of strength and a signal that you are willing to take ownership of your History and prioritize your Mental health.  It takes courage and is something of which to be proud.

In my humble opinion, the most important things in life, we are not taught in school e.g. how to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, failing relationships, infidelity, loss and how to effectively communicate with others.  As a result, speaking with a trained, experienced Therapist may offer you hope, growth and healing.

I have been working as a Psychotherapist and a Faculty member at 3 local Colleges for the past 28 years after securing a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Individual, Marriage and Family Therapy.  I have also taught many Communications Skills workshops and Self Compassion workshops for business administrators, their employees and those looking to improve their own communication skills and personal growth.  Before completing Graduate School, I volunteered to work with victims of domestic abuse at the Women’s Center in Jenkintown.

After 28 years, I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families and am passionate about Psychology because I believe it is engrained in almost every area of our lives e.g. marriages, friendships, parenting, business endeavors etc.

My plans and hopes are to provide you with support, guidance and encouragement to achieve your Best Hopes from speaking with me.  If you are struggling to cope with life’s many challenges, I can help you navigate your thoughts, feelings, coping mechanisms and communication styles to offer you a path forward.

My Goal is to help you achieve your goals and allow you to become the best possible version of Yourself.
